The M5917 is the food industry's leading high-temperature stainless steel float switch designed specifically for food equipment applications. This stainless steel float switch provides many years of trouble-free switching in even the harshest conditions. Designed for ambient and pressurized food fryers, this model also works well in steam tables or other applications, where other sensors may fail. The stainless steel float has a specific gravity that is designed to float in hot oils.
